Experience
Supported the delivery of a foundational computer science course for a large cohort of students. Topics included computer arithmetic, digital logic, the Little Man Computer (LMC) model, and Bash scripting. Responsibilities included:
Preparing and delivering hands-on demonstrations to help students grasp low-level system concepts.
Closely assisting the lead instructor and proactively stepping in to address emerging issues.
Managing the course forum, resolving student questions, and facilitating peer learning.
Grading assignments for multiple sections while ensuring consistency and fairness.
Monitoring course materials to ensure clarity, accessibility, and pedagogical alignment.
Creating a positive learning environment through clear explanations and responsive support.
This experience strengthened my technical communication, instructional design thinking, and ability to explain complex system-level topics in a pedagogically sound and approachable manner.
